苹果手机是不可以边充电边玩的。由于苹果手机所使用的是锂电池，而锂电池的充电次数是有限的，如果经常手机边充电边玩的话，很容易就会对电池造成损害，从而缩短电池的使用寿命。苹果在充电的过程中，如果一直使用的话会提高手机和电池的温度，从而导致内部的零件由于温度太高出现故障。苹果手机电池保养方法：1、不过度充电，不要给iPhone电池过度充电，过度充电会加速电池的损耗，加速电池的老化，随之出现很多问题，如电池掉线快不耐用，虚电，等现象。2、使用原装充电头，非原装的充电头非常容易损耗电池，建议大家使用原装的充电头，如果你有iPad可以使用iPad的充电头，这样也能加快充电速度，对电池的损耗还小.再不济也要买苹果官方认证过的非原装充电头。3、不要边充边打游戏和看视频，边玩手机边充电会对手机带来很大的负担，因为这样手机的CPU等原件的压力非常大，需要高强度的工作，产生的热量自然就很高。4、保持电量在20%以上，有的小伙伴充电，喜欢将手机的电量用完再充电，其实这样的用法是错误，长期让电池保持在有电活跃状态，是有利于增加电池健康度的，所以还是建议大家电池在20%左右就可以充电了。
