玩了GTA:SA的剧情的话，你会知道在1992年男主角CJ在乡下避难的时候碰到了一个十分彪悍喜欢追求刺激的女人Catalina（连续抢劫银行，赌马场，加油站，还和抢劫的小混混PK的女人难道不是疯子？？）两人关系速度升温。但是随后Catalina认识了一个白面小生之后便不再愿意和CJ在一起，作为男主角的你怎能忍受这样的冷落，在连续两次飙车赢了之后，catalina还是跟着那个白面小生去了自由城。从此不知下落。没错，其实那个白面小生就是自由之城的主角，Claude，在随后的九年里他一直在和Catalina在一起，直到2001年，2001年，claude和catalina来到liberty city投靠catalina的哥哥miguil----cartel贩毒帮的老大。claude帮助miguil兄妹和cartel帮抢银行，出门后被大摆一刀------catalina一句“i’m a abmition girl and you，you are just the small！”一枪送他倒地。随后claude被捕了，警方将他和一个叫8ball的惯犯还有一个黑帮头子监押在一辆车上，送往特定地点。谁知途中突变，一群不名武装分子拦劫了囚车，救下黑帮头子，claude和8ball也就被顺带解救，为了制造假象，匪徒们用强炸药炸毁了全部警车至此，我们的claude踏上了复仇之路
